Fixing things is fun!

Get ready for an exciting day: the Kamloops Repair Café is coming to the North Shore on April 11th from 10 am to 3 pm at the Sports Council Building located on MacArthur Island (1550 Island Parkway, formerly the clubhouse at the golf course). This event is your golden opportunity to bring in small electrical items, clothing, bicycles, and even small wooden furniture to be fixed by local volunteer experts. Plus, you can pick up some invaluable repair skills along the way!

Organized by our Repair Café Kamloops team and supported by the City of Kamloops Climate Action Fund, the event is completely free and welcomes everyone.  No need to register beforehand – just show up, and your items will be repaired on a first come, first served basis.

What You Can Bring

• Small electrical items
• Clothing (including zippers!)
• Bicycles
• Small wooden furniture

What We Can’t Fix

• Footwear
• Gas or other fuel powered devices
• Computers or cell phones
• Anything that needs two or more people to carry
