Do you have a broken appliance, a worn-out sweater, or a favorite piece of furniture that needs a little TLC? The Repair Café is back in Kamloops, and it’s your chance to learn how to repair your items for free—while reducing waste and saving money!
Join us at Valleyview Hall on October 25th, from 10 AM to 3 PM, for a fun, hands-on event where skilled volunteers will help you repair a wide variety of items. Whether it’s electronics, clothing, small appliances, bicycles, or more, there’s a good chance we can fix it together!
Why Attend?
What to Bring:
Please plan to arrive early, as repairs are done on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re not sure if something can be fixed, bring it anyway! Our volunteers will assess and see how they can help.
The Repair Café is a collaborative, community-driven initiative aimed at reducing waste and building practical skills. Whether you’re a seasoned repair pro or someone who’s never picked up a screwdriver, our volunteers will share their expertise to help you repair your item. Plus, it’s free!
So, mark your calendar, spread the word, and bring your broken items to Valleyview Hall on October 25th! Together, we’ll help keep more stuff out of the landfill and make Kamloops an even better place to live.
We look forward to seeing you there!
