Last chance to shape Kamloops’ strategic priorities

A huge thank you to all who attended the Community + Council Conversations in your neighbourhoods and contributed constructive, climate-conscious input on the city’s strategic priorities. Council heard your feedback about active transportation, pedestrian and cyclist safety, traffic concerns, and other issues around safe and sustainable living.

But now’s not the time to rest! The city is wrapping up the Conversations with one more opportunity to provide feedback, and we’re asking for your participation. After seven Community + Council Conversations events, staff has compiled all of the feedback and created themes for each of the strategic pillars on the City’s “Let’s Talk” website. You’re invited to upvote ideas to help Council prioritize the feedback and add new ideas if you feel something is missing. The process should take less than 5 minutes.

This is a small but important way to help raise the profile of environmental protection and climate action priorities, and help foster a more inclusive and sustainable community.

Let the City know what’s most important to you. Have your say!
