The City of Kamloops has invited supporters of the Alliance for a Resilience Kamloops (that’s you!) to an online consultation meeting to review the North Shore Neighbourhood Plan on January 26 at 7 pm.  You are all welcome to participate via Zoom — see the access info below.

Back in November, the City hosted a multi-day event (called the Design Charrette) involving stakeholder workshops and public open houses intended to generate visionary ideas and design concepts for the Tranquille Market Corridor and North Shore Town Centre.

At the January 26 meeting, City staff will go over the results of those workshops and open houses with us and take feedback.  This is an opportunity to voice our support for safer pedestrian and cycling infrastructure; mixed use, walkable urban centres; and other features that matter to us.
