It’s back — time to jump on the bike and forgo the greenhouse gas emissions — reduce your waistline and save the planet at the same time! Take advantage of the wonderful support the organizers have arranged at “celebration stations” throughout the city.
Each celebration station will have FREE coffee from Starbucks so bring your travels mugs and fill up! FREE snack from Natures Fare, and FREE news papers from the Kamloops Daily News. Along with all these great morning treats, there will be daily prizes given away at each station. Plus every time you ride through a celebration station you increase your odds of winning the grand prize of a new commuter bike.
The “Kick Start” Celebration Station will have a few extras, including more prizes, 2011 summer games mascots, breakfast provided by Natures Fare, a few surprises, and a whole lot of people cheering on all the participants.
